About the founder

Aydin Jalilov

Founder and principal engineer. For over fifteen years he has turned aviation safety rules into mathematics and software, and then checked that the answer holds.

At a glance

He works where regulation, geometry and data meet: designing airspace and procedures, writing the algorithms that check them, and measuring how much margin is really there when the inputs are uncertain.

Experience

Described by the work itself. Clients and past projects are kept confidential.

Airspace and flight-procedure design

Designed airspace structures, conflict-free route networks, and instrument procedures for civil aviation authorities and airports in the South Caucasus, Central Asia, and the Gulf. Assessed proposed construction against obstacle limitation surfaces and its effect on published approach minima.

Regulations turned into algorithms

Converted instrument-procedure design criteria (TERPS, PANS-OPS) into computational checks, and built and validated prototypes that automate compliance decisions. Developed algorithms for topological operations on three-dimensional airspace objects within a performance-based-navigation design toolset, and tools built on aeronautical navigation databases.

Safety margins under uncertainty

Built probability models that combine onboard and ground navigation-system errors to assess safety margins. Developed methods to detect aircraft leaving designed airspace, and analyzed radio-frequency coverage and signal shadowing to site communication and navigation facilities.

Traffic flow and deconfliction

Analyzed and optimized air traffic route structures, and designed deconfliction strategies for arrivals in congested terminal airspace.

Surveillance-data safety analytics

Built large-scale pipelines that fuse ADS-B and radar surveillance data into flight-level safety measures, such as approach stability and runway alignment, with data-quality checks at every stage.

Uncrewed systems and edge computing

Prototypes on NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi, and ESP32 hardware, including camera-based perception and sensor integration. FAA Part 107 remote pilot.
